The following simple steps allow you to build the home of your dreams on your own lot:

  1. Initial meeting: At this meeting, we will answer your questions and personalize home building solutions for your particular lot.
  2. Homesite evaluation: The Builder will assess site conditions for your personal lot. If you have not purchased a lot, we offer assistance to help find the perfect location for you.
  3. Plan design: We help you implement your own design, customize one of our signature plans, or refer you to our award-winning architect who can begin from scratch.
  4. Plan review: During this meeting, pricing has been bid and accepted and you will sign the construction contract. At this time you will have a final opportunity to review and refine the details of your home.
  5. Interior selections and construction commencement: Careful selection is made with our interior designers to insure your personal touch for this beautiful custom home. The Builder will oversee every detail of construction from pre-construction meeting to final walk through.

We are available to view any lot you currently own to analyze the topography for the design of your home at absolutely no cost to you.


Don't have your own lot? We can also assist in helping you find the perfect lot. Or, if you don't have time to build, we usually have several homes in great areas around town for quick move-in.

Every home site we build on has the foundation, framing and all structural components engineered for that specific home based on soil analysis by an independent licensed engineer.



DETAILED WALK THRU





Upon completion of the home, there are three final walk thrus to ensure quality. The first walk thru is initially with Gresham Homes to review cosmetic and aesthetic details. The second walk thru is with an independent inspector to ensure that the home meets code compliance and overall quality of the finished product. A final walk thru is conducted to verify all issues/ questions have been resolved.



Multiple Home Inspections





Each phase of the home is inspected by Gresham homes, municipal departments or licensed, independent 3rd party inspectors.

His experience involves every facet of the building industry in the areas of construction, sales, new product design and development, community planning and development, land acquisition, budget management and warranty supervision. For the last 20 years, Mr. Gresham served as Division President for several major homebuilders in San Antonio.
